Smoking cessation - we can work together in two sessions.
I will work with you to help you overcome the difficulties you might find when trying to give something up... We will be positively solution focused in our sessions, finding new ways of thinking and being. Understanding your strength is within helping you cope with situations, not in the cigarette. We will find your strengths, skills and resources to help you have the confidence to move forwards in to your preferred future.
Hypnosis
In session two we will explore the differences you have already noticed and I will use hypnosis to help you feel calm and ready - to listen to new suggestions, new ways of thinking, saying good bye to old unhelpful patterns.
